Pros

35x zoom lens w/ image stabilization. Image quality (12 MP CMOS). Articulated LCD screen (a must-have for me now). Slow motion video. "Zoom Framing Assist" button. everything.

Cons

Button layout needs work; I often accidentally turn it on by pushing the play button when I grasp the camera. The rotating donut wheel is horrible - I'm always activating the cursor buttons when spinning it during manual focus. A thumb-wheel like the FZ150 & dSLRs is much better.
